I see a statement of intention without any specific timeline to lower the price.

Why would Yazie make some obscure statement without having any specific timeline already in the works.

And if there is a timeline, why not state something like "available in the Spring of 2020"

oh yea.. because that kind of statement wouldn't sell the stock that he is trying to sell. Nevermind, I answered my own question.
