That fuel cell news and Alstom partnership news came out and it took 6 months for the stock to rally from the news. This round of news is already out, been out since May this year, but now we just SEC filings confirming the news is REAL!!!!!

So the rally is on right now, slow motion like in 2014 where it took 6 months to move from .04 to .75/share.
