Yes very likely, it happens. It’s really no big deal, news will come, just have to wait a little longer. At least he isn’t pumping like other CEOs / it’s better to work and release something concrete than constantly post BS. He knows what he is doing, he is seasoned businessmen. No worries at ALL on my end.

Not only is that possible but it is probable. CEOs of pink sheets often struggle through the basics because they do not appreciate how long paperwork takes. Too many speak before they know. I mean they would be Fortune 500 execs if they knew everything. Plus they don't have the legal bankroll to stay ahead. Unfortunately pink flippers usually lack patience and think everything is a scam. Hilarious!
