750,000 shares is tiny. No impact from this deal. Super cheap price to pay.

These shares are restricted, so they cant be sold and its not even that much stock. This dilution isnt holding us back, with a volume spike we would launch.

Our problem is a lack of interest, just like we had at .08. Not many are noticing us right now... once we get a spark, demand for the stock will increase fast.

Pennies often trade like this. Interest comes in spurts. The chart proves this

Not only is the amount super tiny, the 750,000 shares issued are restricted so they don't hit the open market. No effect.

The company did issue over 8 million shares the past few months so yes I do think that has held us back a bit. But I think they managed the P&L beautifully if you ask me last quarter.

Also, it is likely the acquisition closed on October 17 per Roger's tweet so the closing price as of that day should probably be used.

I said on a few occassions that this consolidation period could last until the 9th of November (or around there)!! The length of each consolidation period has gotten a tad longer each time as we have moved forward/up...1 month consolidation, 2 months, etc...we are pushing onto 3 months here!

Connecting this to your question - NO, this has nothing to so with where we currently sit...IF $6 million in ONE QTR. can't snap a consolidation period, 750k shares can't hold us back :-)

As far as ANY thoughts/comments on the "restricted" shares...they are moot, we were given NO info on the terms of their restriction!

$AMFE -- FTW !!

"So my question:

Could this acquisition and that potential share dilution be what is holding us back right now from our timely bull run?"

No.

We've been stalled for a while now, and this was a surprise move, so this could not be the reason for the past month of not moving up.

And it should not be a reason now, as we have a LITTLE more shares outstanding now, but they are restricted, so they are not hittingthe bid, plus we now have more revenue coming in. The higher revenue shoudl offset the higher share count. And in this case, i think we got a bargain, so the higher revenue should be more of a positive than the higher share count is a dilution.

Nope, this should not hold us back. INstead, it should show another piece of the puzzle is falling into place, and should be an overall positive for us. Especially with such a LOW dilution happening
