with the current os with any substantial news this runs like the last time... we need to see what these co's they're trying to acquire are. a lot of money floating around the penny markets right now so if the story is good these guys could run this quite high.
i'm not seeing any dilution right now so they're playing it smartly. speculating on whats to come could pay off well or not at all.
