The shares are worth nothing until WC or Hagan releases a PR regarding them. If they do own the shell and state that then the rally will be epic. If they say they do not, then the stock will sell off. I am betting good money that the former will be the case. I just think the shares WC owns, and they still own them because they have not filed with the SEC to sell them, will be worth many millions of dollars if they take over the shell and grow the business.
