Great info SF & floridany! Once $JBZY$ officially announces that these ZJMY production bases are manufacturing EVs this will certainly become a stock selling for $$!!

Since this spring ZJMY has entered agreements with no less than three OEMs... Chery/Cowin, Long Star, & KaWei. According to government docs, they are also involved with Guigang City on producing ~$2.2B revs from a facility currently under construction.

Is Chery no longer going to produce High Speed EV?

From the looks of the website and you message - I do not see any involvement with Chery who was the first high speed EV and is on the ZJMY website.

This is what I understand.

The ZJMY in JB&ZJMY Holding Co. stands for Zhong Ji Ming Yang New Energy Vehicle Technology Co. Ltd. See Page 2 of English version of the JBZY website zjmy888.com. ZJMY is the Chinese company JBZY (DOLV) acquired as stated in PRs and Quarterly Reports.

ZJMY has 70% ownership in Wuhu Huaba Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd. located in Wuhu, Anhui province.

Chery is a ZJMY OEM and potential ZJMY production bases #6 and #7 (Chery Cowin with the V3 and Chery Wanda for the EV buses).
ZJMY still sports the Cowin (Kay Wing) V3 on the zjmy888.com website. It is likely there is still some sort of deal brewing there. Flo has stated that Chery will produce EV buses for ZJMY too.

The bullshit was just running wild back in the heyday!

Yup... a .30 cent pink that hasn't filed the last 2 quarters, $24K in equipment, never put out a NR on anything let alone big $$$ purchases/mergers like this.

And people really, honestly still believe in it!!
