ZJMY is a 37.7% shareholder in Guanxi Long Star as confirmed on Chinese business checking sites, and ZJMY is a shareholder in other Long Star subsidiaries as Flo as stated. Interestingly, ZJMY's production base sign is on the Shandong Long Star factory.

Long Star (Jiujiuxing, JJX) has four sites or subsidiaries: Shangdong, Guangxi, Shaanxi, and Liangning, strategically located in four regions of China.

Shangdong JJX is the oldest one and we have our production base over there.

ZJMY has shares in other subsidiaries as well.

Low speed EVs: The company confirmed their relationship with Long Star. ZJMY provides 3 Dian system (Dian for electric in Chinese, dianchi - electric reservoir or battery, dianji - electric motor, and diankun - electric control) to Long Star and Long Star provides chassis and assembling of vehicles for ZJMY. Long star has two sites, one in Jinan, Shangdong province and the other in Nannin, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The two sites cover vast areas of south and north China. Each site has capacity of 300 vehicles per day.

If you think about it - with ZJMY and Long Star partnering, "if" Long Star did utilize our Battery Tech (which they probably will) that alone would make the battery side of the business "incredibly valuable" as Long Star rolls out more EV's than any other company in China (Low Speed) but hey, they still roll them out. 400 acre factory. www.jjxdd.com/about/
