yeah i'm in the same boat. some people are exclaiming commons are in tact, and the guy that linked the court document says the other. at least thats how i interpreted it. if the order was unopposed to turn ch 11 to ch 7, isnt that bad ruling for us?

If it's not that clear to you why would you make the assumption it's a dead cat bounce?

If something is unclear it doesn't make sense to jump the gun on assumptions like that.
