Who knows what whoever paid for that Promo?
It's ok to overstate and especially when they write "We expect to be paid five hundred thousand dollars" it doesn't mean they will get the amount.

Imo there is some trouble ongoing in the Co. Somebody with a big amount of free trading shares must have hired the pumpers/promoters.
Maybe we'll learn at one point what happened to the 10 Jamica Units, or to the one that was sold to India. The Guy in India wants to build them later on himself and just use the knowledge or something like that. Read it somewhere i think. Kuwait, no second order. Netherlands just a Demo System. Sri Lanka no update at all.

Found some Stuff about the Guy in India, he actually setup a Co over there, not his first one... At one point somebody will dump shares into the market, maybe its even ICOS Capital? Post Merger financials/filings are needed here...
