This is where I don't understand the deal. Aren't they giving away 50% of their company in this deal? I guess they get the NOLs to compensate for that, but still, they gave away 50% of the company to share holders!
If they did that, they still must feel that this is the best deal for them. I find that hard to understand though. I guess the $275 of NOLs make that worth it, huh?
