We must also consider that RCP advisors, a team of experienced investors, valued RCP at 49% of PIOE and accepted COMMON shares for their company. These investors manage funds in the billions. According to them, 49% of PIOE is worth $25 million in annual revenue and growing every year. They MUST be privy to the were the value exists in the other 51%.
