sorry, but there will be no buyout offer higher than $0.30/share
mackwheaton- I agree that LWLG cannot do this on their own. I've heard that LWLG has over 30 interested potential partners and customers. Some of these are very large technology companies who can get this technology to market at an accelerated pace. As X always says and I have heard from others- this will eventually end in a buyout. So do we start with a partnership and then sometime in the future get bought out? Or within the next few months does some large tech company make a buyout offer we should not refuse? I know some on this board want to see this play out for years until LWLG becomes the size of Intel or IBM.
However, many of the largest LWLG shareholders may be willing to accept a very large buyout offer (example $40 to $50 per share or $2.8 Billion to $3.6 Billion - maybe much more). I am sure the BODs have some idea of what it would take for a buyout to occur.
I would take Buyout of $40 / $50 per share if within next 8 months. Also I have decided to keep all my shares, no tax sales come December regardless of where PPS stands. Buying some shares almost every day still.
Thanks fellow Longs for posting so many valuable messages.
