Stella was no worse than BSeth
AND yes I read the filings...
INCLUDING the one where BSeth praised Stella....
"Outgoing CEO Mr. Seth M. Shaw expressed, "I would first like to thank the shareholders for their steadfast support during our most difficult hours in 2013 and for continuing to believe in me and the Company when many others would have moved on or quit. I have had the pleasure of building Tauriga with Dr. Sung for the past year and she is without question the most capable executive that I have worked with in my career. What she has accomplished in the past month is truly impressive, and she has been driving the Company's fundamentals to higher and higher levels through her execution at meetings and with complicated agreements. This change in management clearly strengthens the Company, and it is also of great importance that the CEO has a world class scientific background, a genuine understand of chemistry, and deep experience in the life science industry. I look forward to working closely with the new management team and focusing my abilities on the areas that complement my greatest strengths as an executive."

So if Stella was so terrible, who do the shareholders have to thank for that?

Oh...wait... I forgot...
Stella was just one of the MANY horrible people that "fooled" the Ivy League educated financial whiz kid...
Saint Sethie!

Ya... sure.... you betcha!

AND I NEVER GOT AN ANSWER TO THIS EITHER...

Maybe he's been working on it "diligently" SINCE WHEN?
Since spring?
Or since his PR in September?

Gee, when were the documents required uploaded...
September 7th? And October 11th?
http://www.sedar.com/FindCompanyDocuments.do
(If this link fails, use http://www.sedar.com/search/search_en.htm and type in TAURIGA in the company name box)

So I'd hardly characterize it as "irrational"
to say that he could have fixed the problem months ago,
but did not do diddlysquat about it.

I have proof...see the link above...
What proof can you show us???

I'll wait right here...
ROTFLMAO

STILL WAITING!

It seems you are quick to accuse others of making assumptions/being wrong/being irrational etc...
YET YOU CAN NEVER PROVIDE ANY PROOF OF YOUR CLAIMS.
I PROVIDE REASONS TO BACK UP WHAT I SAY...
I USUALY EVEN PROVIDE LINKS...
WHAT HAVE YOU GOT???
"TAKE MY WORD FOR IT"???

YA...SURE...YOU BETCHA!!!

Seth Shaw is a JOKE.
