They can't make up their mind. Just like Tony who can't decide when is the best time to release the audited financials!

But maybe on Oct 31 that all changes...and we can finally move forward instead of being stuck!

The 8K that has been released since September 1st, 2017 has made it VERY clear that the Songbird deal will close between October 15 - 31st, unless something is forcing them to back out, which we have not gotten any word about it. Therefore it is safe to assume that they are on track to close the deal NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 31st.

I'm sorry that this is irritating you, but WHO CARES? They chose to go in a blackout phase, fine. They can choose to get out anytime they want...fine. They can do whatever they want. They are not violating any SEC rules.
