Just spoke with TD Ameritrade on this subject and their position is that it's not at all threatened with pulling it's marginability. As of this writing it meets the standard 30-40% basis determining how it is to be leveraged. 30% is the ideal, by the way. ALDW is doing just fine.
Ditto with NGL, for what it's worth which happens to be a lot more today than in recent times.
