Mornin Fish, well said and all so on the horizon. This is what I found interesting in yesterday PR

The delay is nothing to worry about, we want to make sure that when the audits are posted they are done properly and make complete sense. Since these audits include North American companies and figures generated from the Middle East operations, we had to make sure that all companies under the Sulja Bros. umbrella operation are taken in consideration.

So is there going to be more than one Audits?

There are at least 6 STEPS to BOOST SLJB:

I believe these may be spaced out to boost PPS and PR:

1. Audited Financials with BIG numbers

2. Uplisting to OTC BB

3. Announcement of a listing of SLJB on the DIFX

4. Announcement of NEW large contracts

5. Announcement of a new ticker symbol or merger with other companies

? 6. Announcement of a small dividend ?

? 7. Uplisting to NASDAQ in 6-12 months

These are just my educated opinion of what will happen

I enjoy your daily musings FFB and I agree with much of what you say. A welcome change from wading through the pile of doo-doo from those whose intentions are dubious to say the least.

Great post Fish and I agree. The potential here is enormous if everything is as "clean" as stated. We will soon find out hopefully, and I am very excited also.

If we take the pro forma $307M and $350M cement deal, that's $657M revs and 122M net, for a EPS of .243. At PE levels of 25-30 we have a PPS range of $6.07-$7.29 just based on those numbers alone. IF they have added any steel contracts or other things into the mix, we could very well be over 1B in revs and close to $200M net, and EPS somewhere in the .380 range, or PPS valuation of $9.50-11.40. Yes, very large long-term potential here, again IF things are as stated. That is why there is so much nail-biting and finger-pointing too IMO, simply because of the extent of the unknowns that remain and no verification of any as yet. This is the only red spot in an otherwise totally green landscape IMHO.

I feel the larger ME money will dive in as soon as the AF'
s are released, along with some institiutional buying as well... they too have been watching closely and know that if this company is all it says it is, it will not remain at these lower levels long. Yes, I agree a forward split would be needed in a short timeframe to quench demand, no question. A divy would also send the pps screaming, along with the shorts in the other direction.

Should be a very interesting week. Looking forward to the release of the AF's, as they will tell most if not all of the tale. JMHO GLTA

FFB,
Thanks for the thoughts and very informative opinions.

I like the idea of long term if possible and that the investors will change over the next 6-12 months due to many different reasons.

It would be great to become another Hans like stock and see this rise steady and upward for a nice solid gain for years to come.

Maybe some will see us down the road and liken us to those that originally bought into Home Depot,Dell,Microsoft or Laser or other companies that started small and grew to giants.

Have a great night and see you tomorrow.
