I guess either you believe in Sulja Brothers or you do not.. I will say this. After yesterdays PR. I am more excited than I have ever been about the future outlook for SLJB.
I am not going to be all the concerned with the PPS at this time.
I do have a modest amount of money to spend around noon today. When those funds clear I will again buy some shares regardless of the PPS at that time. My focus is on the Much Bigger Picture months down the road..
For me it's the unknowns that are what's getting me all excited.
I am making an assumption and my opinion is the Current AF will bascially show whats been posted on the SLJB Web Sight. .031 PPS in earnings.. Thatin my opinion almost a given. 2007 pro Forma Numbers should be really close.
Will the AF show any numbers from the 1st quarter that was just colpleted.
Will Sulja Brothers after the AF are released offer some forward guidence like other higher listed stocks do??
What else is going to show up.. What was transfered from the Middle East to Nevada??
What about new Contracts & deas in the works??
Whats the Value of the Design Depots? Is the Land going to be listed as an asset?
Whats the deal with the Canadian Lumber Mills??
Whats happening with the Two Tire Recycling Plants in Germany?
In a previous PR I thought something about STeel was mentioned.
What would a steel contract do to the overall bottom line?
Maybe a cash Dividend?? And if so. How Much. It could be more than .0025 Remember. The Company kinda suggested the Dividend would be matched by shorts.. It's almost like getting FREE MONEY!!
Has Wessal really started buying?? Will there be other Middle Eastern concerns looking to buy shares.. If so we are going to need a forward split to supply the demand for shares. 13 million shares will not be enough to go around.
When does the Dubi International Stock Exchange listing go into effect??. Imagine what having some additional buying pressure from some serious deep pocketed Middele Eastern Investors willdo to the PPS.. Notice I said Investors.. In my opinion the ME money
is not going to be trading and flipping shares..
How soon after the AF are released do we see the Form 10 and the uplisting to the OTCBB Market. Once that happens. There are some Institutional & Mutual Fund buyers who are allowed to buy OTCBB stocks..
Remember once Listed on the Nasdaq you have a much larger audience. You have some really Big Institutional & Mutual Fund Investors who love to buy stocks that are growing revenues and increasing earnings on a quarter over quarter basis. Throw in a Cash Dividend and it could be like a Pack of Wolfs festing on a fresh kill..
How much money is really sitting on the sidelines waiting to buy on the release of AF?? With the amount of post and board traffic on just this site alone. One could almost assume there are hundreds maybe thousnads of various investors just watching and waiting..
How many Naked & Regular Short shares are there really out there that will need to be covered?? 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 million shares maybe more.
Keep in mind once the buying really gets started. Shorts will be covering either by choice or by Fed Margin Calls.. In a reapidly rising or falling market. You do not want to get a Fed Nargin Call.. If the call is not meet. You get your other assets sold out from underneath you. In the past it's wipped out more than one over zealous investor..
My head is spinning just thinking about what could happen after the AF come out. It's the unknowns that's got me all excited.
I also take comfort in seeing all the new and old Bashers working the stock.. I figure it's only going to get worse until the AF come out..
Overtime the ownership of the float will changing. Stronger hands that are not all that interested in trading and flipping will slowly take control of the float..In say 6 months from now. In my opinion the Board will again be one to come to for great DD. Without having to go thru one big Pile of Doo-Doo
Keep in mind the goal of the Bashers is to try and disrupt the flow of information. If they can distract and disrupt this board then they have a chance to To get weak hands to sell out of fear.
The Bashers are also in my opinion trying to scare away any new Investors.. More buyers will only cause the PPS to go higher and those who are short this stock are in my opinion currently getting scared to death..
I will say this these Hedge Funds are well Funded. MM currently have control of the order flow and they will work the PPS to there advantage.. If they keep shorting shares as I suppected like yesterday afternoon.. One of these days. The right news could really put a world of hurt to the shorts.. If it was me. I would release the right news after the market was closed and trap the Naked shorts once and for all.
For the record I have no problem with regular shorts. Regular shorts make for a healthy market.. It's the Naked Shorts that concern me.. There time is coming in regards to this stock.
For now, Today is just another day in our advance to getting listed on the Nasdaq.. I for one am willing to wait 6-12 months to have what I personally feel could be enough money to go fishing when and wherever I want to go.. ALL MOO FFB-Fish
