Correct negotiations are outside of the Court Room. This docket case really is irrelevant to the actual deal. Those who are selling can sell FWIW I'm waiting for the bottom to grab some more... we could indeed hear an update at any time and for crying out load these are cheap.

I've said it for days now. These are mostly Market Mkers messing around They are intentionally walking it down. But I guess it seems disingenous for me to say that folks have to buy on the offer. Thats the only way MMs move with the flow. They are getting filled and will happily put it on the offer a few ticks lower than everyone else.

But I digress. Waiting for the impatient to get out. I think this afternoon should be interesting;)
