I don't follow..it looks pretty clear to those that are paying attention? however I don't think don't think it means much to us..our negotiations are outside the court with AT for now and I'd guess an update can still come at any moment. Not to mention we supposedly also have other Loi's in the works..so could even hear something there if they so wish.
