Keough isn't challenging Vitastem the product. He's challenging the delivery system. He knows it works and wants a piece of it. But since he's a con-artist he tricked Phillips into letting him put him name on the original patent, which as we all know is expired; furthermore his name is off the new patent application making him a left out sore loser watching others about to get rich.
The name change was rebranding. The lawsuit is over the delivery system. Keough just wrote his name in along with Phillips. Imagine if you had an idea and hired a patent lawyer and your lawyer literally wrote his name in beside yours under creator and filed it. That’s exactly what has happened. The only reason the lawsuit is taking time is because the legal system in the US is slow
