The false choice is when Iggy says there is "the option of simply raising non-dilutive cash and then garnering EMA approval"

Raising enough cash to matter at these prices would be at least 50% dilution, maybe more. We could end up under a buck and in need of another 1:125 reverse split.

Sell the beech now while you can get a decent price before the Company's cash is gone.
