This board has become filled with long term shareholder desperados begging to sell the company while scrupulously avoiding the option of simply raising non-dilutive cash and then garnering EMA approval. They always phrase the options as either dilution or buyout. That's because they REALLY want a buyout, so they present only a false choice.
