I think somebody is deliberately trying to keep this down. I don't know why. It trades above .18 and then someone is dumping below to keep this down. It will be interesting to see how long they are going to do this. Once we are out of pink sheet nobody can keep this down as we may get lots of attention and some of the banks they don't allow to buy shares trading in pink sheet.
