This is the first official public announcement put out by the Company.

The last time I checked, Liquidmetal is the official source for confirmed changes of or for personnel.

I don't think anyone would dispute this.

Of course other sources of leaked insider information are possible, but best to rely on Company released Info, no? Just sayin...and all my opinion.
