I think residential rooftop is the future and Natcore has completely failed at this point. They took 8 years and still no income, lost all investor money. Pack it up.
Only the lawyer and Scarpa were at any of the agm held in Canada over the years, so I don't know why you think anything special happens at their AGM. It is purely administration with no presentation because virtually no one ever goes. My friend went once since he lives in Vancouver. This is the first year they weren't at the New Orleans investment conference so they are short of money or realize they need more breakthroughs before conference attendees will get interested in them.
