NTCXF management appears to have failed miserably over past 7 years despite having better solar products. Financially, management doesn't seem to even have monies to even pay for day to day operations.
Over the past few months NTCXF has been selling stock for literally
pennies. And even paying fees for the transactions which doesn't bode well for the current stockholders. Finally, NTCXF since it's inception has not made significant connections in Canada or the United States. With Chuck Provini continuing being at the helm NTCXF IMO will never deliver.
