you need to understand how PVHO generates and recognizes revenue.

in the past they have recognized revenue for every machine manufactured and placed as they will in the future, but that is not recurring.

in the long run, it is the advertising revenue generated from the machines that will generate recurring and consistent high margin revenue.

i have followed PVHO for 8 years now and imo they are still at least a year or two from realizing that as a sustainable reality.

it is nice to finally see the advertising revenue begin.
