Your disbelief is unbelievable, but I can explain its absence from the archive.

The docket entry is NOT a numbered docket entry. Accordingly it is not picked up by PACER or by the archive.

For the umpteenth time this is what it says. I can't link it without giving away my Pacer login.

You can choose to believe that the many people who have provided the above to you made up the above text just to pull your leg. Or you can contact the company and ask them why a whole bunch of people are telling you something that the company itself has chosen not to report. The answer to THAT question would be interesting....go for it.



ps. You have another option. Grab a lawn chair and park your butt on the the Courthouse steps on the 14th and see what happens. Bring LOTS of popcorn and a blanket.
