I saw the stuff he posted here and at BVAP...
I've watched him attack people who told the truth.
I've watched him lie.

He claims to be so smart..."Ivy League" "Cornell" "math major"...
We all should be impressed, right?
A real financial whiz kid.

Yet the bumbling idiot apparently can not do the due diligence of a third grader.
At least if you BELIEVE the STORY that's told.
How many times has he been "fooled" now?
Taken advantage of by terrible "horrible" people?

BSethie blames anyone and everyone....
But he is NEVER to blame FOR ANYTHING!

Shaw made the post above just days before appointing Berman...
Who we have seen dragged through the mud by the so called "consultant"
ever since he dumped TAUG.
Berman is no SAINT...a fact that was pointed out by several as soon as we heard of his appointment.
Was Shaw aware of any of it?
He and the "consultant" attacked people for bringing things to light.
So was he aware and crawled into bed with him anyways?
Or was he clueless? "Fooled" yet again?

Oh...cuz then Berman resigned...and the tune changed...
Search on "Berman" and you will find literally hundreds of posts by the "consultant"...
Many are FAR more crude than any post I have made concerning the Sainted Seth Shaw....
But that's alright isn't it?

I don't like liars and I don't like hypocrites...
From what I have seen, Seth Shaw is BOTH.

There have never been lies in any filings. Accusing me of lying in Filings is a disgrace. And it's tantamount to playing an immature game.

As everyone is aware there was a very minor error in the DEF 14A (that was immaterial) and I chose to correct the language so it would read perfectly accurately

I'd appreciate it if the baseless accusations would cease

Tauriga continues to make very significant progress in a number of areas, and I will not rest until the shareholders have been rewarded for their loyalty, compassion, patience, and trust.

the Board of Directors has established a Vision to lead this Company towards a successful future and we will focus on execution and the elimination of past mistakes.

As I have made clear, I regret the fact that I have trusted a few horrendous ill intentioned people over the past few years and I take full responsibility for that. And it will never happen again

There is no reason to continue these personal attacks and once again I can assure all that the best interests of the shareholders come first. Before anything else. There are no longer any greedy or selfish people affiliated with this company. The team is strong, solid, honorable, and hard working

And that's why the sentiment has started to turn around and the future may very well be a bright one for Tauriga Sciences, Inc. and its thousands of shareholders

(the “Company”) became aware of a misstatement in its Definitive Schedule 14A (the “Proxy Statement”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on July 17, 2015. Specifically, on page 8 of the Proxy Statement and under the heading “Group 10 Holdings Convertible Note Financing”, the Company indicated that on July 14, 2015 it issued a Convertible Debenture with Group 10 Holdings, LLC (“Group 10”) in principal amount of $96,000 with maturity date of July 14, 2016 (the “Group 10 Note”). As set forth in the Proxy Statement, the Company received gross proceeds of $80,000 under the Group 10 Note.

The Proxy Statement further indicated the proceeds of the Group 10 Note were used for payment under the Settlement Agreement dated June 1, 2015 between the Company and Typenex Co-Investment, LLC, as further discussed in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Commission on June 8, 2015. However, this was an inadvertent and incorrect disclosure by the Company. The Company used the proceeds from the Group 10 Note to fund the expenses related to the Proxy Statement, to make the $41,500 cash payment to the Company’s former Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer related to her departure, as further discussed in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Commission on July 17, 2015, and to make the $7,000 cash payment to the Company’s from Chief Medical Officer related to his departure."

There is ample PROOF that Seth Shaw KNEW of this "very minor" "immaterial" "error" LONG before April 2016!
