Well that motion has not been filed . If it was you would see it .Is the company going say their shares are going to have no value in front of the judge then they made a deal without telling her ? All the while shareholders have been selling on that no value statement . Even the soup Nazi would not be that stupid . It's in bankruptcy court . They can't do anything without the judges approval .
