There is a MM that is somehow not showing up on l2 for most apps. For example right now OTCmarkets has the ask at .099 and has been all morning and that has been showing on most of my other apps, but I have one app showing 10000@ .096 (which is what it actually is since someone bought some of those at .096 this morning).
I've noticed this for a couple weeks... very strange.
Even the tape from Ihub is showing .099 as the ask when those shares were bought, but it was not the ask was really .096 from 9:25, 5 minutes before that trade went through.
