I think WC paid the debt, obtained the assets and has 51% shares to keep it afloat. SOUP Liquidation is another story, who cares what happens with them. WC has hundreds of millions of shares, they can jump to $1 and make them fealthy rich, you think they are throwing that in the garbage? Hmmm...for what, for a chance to be big league soup sellers and make hundreds of millions of dollars years from now? really?
