CBAY is a diluted pig. preferred stock takes this share count into the billions. most of it the ceo's. its also toxic funded with a convertible preferred.

Real estate deals falling by the roadside in mass.

hope too many didn't get drilled on this one. good luck and always be aware of toxic funded/diluted companies like this one
