Uh oh! Several companies registered by Paul Strickland, showing his home residence address as each company's headquarters. It's interesting that the EHOS headquarters address has not been changed, still showing the virtual office in San Diego.

Strickland is the purported Secretary and Treasurer of EHOS, meaning he likely has little or nothing to do with the company's basic day-to-day operations. What are Bagley's creds? Where is he even located? Why are Bagley and Strickland using the same Washington D.C. telephone number?

What is the current EHOS share structure? The OTC Markets data is over two years old and the company has not filed a financial report since mid-2015. Does Scott Corlett continue to have the majority voting power? If so, he effectively remains in control!

connect the dots even further..and you'll find Paul Strickland was part of High Performance Beverage Company...a notorious share selling scam that had a "real product" which i personally bought a few cases of and tasted..that had all these pumps and hypes of being bought out by Under Armour or Nike...and was nothing more than a share selling scam.

So we go from amino acid sports drinks from TBE*V....to dairy processing...to MJ?!?! All of which seem to have the same address yet no official website, no revenue, no business model or structure, no filings on EITHER,...just a whole lot of nothing that will be nothing more than share selling. Surely the CEO of EHOS (i highly doubt this is even a real company either) cause oh look...even their address is a PO BOX (have to click and scroll behind the flower shop to the shopping center behind it and you'll see businesses and a fitness center, none of which are connected to EHOS or bear EHOS name...yet you'll find a "Postal Annex"
