SOUP without the Q wouldn't be a shell...Gallant Brands bought the rights to the soups and good assets which are worth lots millions of dollars....which was settled by the chapter 7.......in my personal opinion SOUPQ is bloated with shares if the Q is dropped there might be a risk of a R/S, I wouldn't trust Wealth Colony (owners of Gallant Brands) too much
