Basically everything in bold-faced encompasses nearly 100% of every publicly traded company and underlying stock in existence.

Promotions happen without companies even realizing it's going on. As far as questions concerning assertions made in press releases by the company itself, those questions need to be answered. Not sure what the company has to say about any of this but if they want their underlying equity to be relisted and traded in a normal fashion, obviously they are going to have to come to terms with satisfying the regulating authorities.

Whats the point of running a genuine business in the Stevia industry, new ticker/cusip approved then a suspension??
