Come on man you are not thinking rationally, the IPR was DENIED for crying out loud!!! Your thought is like saying one can lose a murder trial then turn right around and win a civil trial using the same evidence. "COME ON MAN"

That would be only slightly reasonable if Harmon didn’t get the boot. I think it’s safe to say the 3 of them realize the IPR petition was a mistake.
