I don't know the legalese of 2nd and 3rd party sellers (Groupon & Eventbrite)...but most of the complaints deal with change of venue or date...due to unfavorable weather/wind conditions.

Sending balls of fire into the dark of night...the Co must be responsible...as I'm sure it will be in attempting to resolve complaints...
