I'm confident SAKL will NOT address those complaints unless forced to do so by a court...LOL. It's been over a year since the one Colorado Lantern Fest was cancelled and rescheduled only to be cancelled again....still people don't have their refunds. I read one complaint which was another company who did A/V for a slide the City event last year. They still haven't been paid their measly $600.
Bottom line is Surber should take care of the customers...or force his employees to provide better customer service.
As for the stock...well I don't think it matters one bit that the BBB rating is a "F". Obviously the stop sign on OTCmarkets hasn't made a difference...LOL.
