Remember the movie "Rudy?" Kid gets into Notre Dame, wants to play football but he's too small. So he schlepps water and does other stuff for a couple of years. Then he makes the team, gets a uniform but never plays. Last game of his senior year all him teammates walk into the coaches office, put their game shirts on the coaches desk and say, "Coach, I want Rudy to play." Everybody cries at the "Rudy" scene. Game comes and the coach doesn't put Rudy in. Last play the crowd roars "We want Rudy, We want Rudy." The coach puts Rudy in and he makes a tackle. I think that was the story of Rudy Guiliani. I could be wrong though.
