If one understands filings, look at filings from the beginning and see how that is a blue print for their modus operandi, millions filtered, law suits filed, etc, etc, Will other future law suits be filed as this MO continues on a smaller scale??
If current investors do not seek legal action that is their prerogative.
Some still defend the pathetic results of decades of million and millions of dollars being funneled and filtered thru the company and what results.....what results.... are to show for this?? Zero. The only value will be the shell, when some other scam picks it up.
Man oh man, people's lives have been damaged and many ruined over this, that is a fact that some do not want to acknowledge. Wonder why??
