Brian Rosen is LT Lawyer ..ie...To Protect LT...NOT Escrow Shareholder's Lawyer....He might be protective of LT to Pay us...Who Knows...He has NO Duty to pay us...NONE....As far as I know....Sorry I don't know the Contents of our Settlement...Neither does anyone Else except MW...Who is NOT telling us anything...WMIH is also in Jeopardy ..Because Rosen has no duty to pay Escrows nor them...JMHO...Best
