I believe there is enough evidence to prove a case against Francine by the shareholders of BRWC to get relief and for an attorney or law firm to make money too in a class action case. Wouldn't it be justice to see a forced sale of St. Ellie to recover revenues taken by Francine from Boreal Water. In fact the current President of Boreal should be pushing for that instead of just overseeing the liquidation of Boreal Water so a few creditors can get a fraction of what is owed them. The worst part of this whole experience is the thought of Francine getting away with what she has done.
