Francine just needed free cash and couldn't get a loan anywhere wth her bad credit and con artist ways...
banks shut the door on her
so what did she do ?
scraped together every bit she could borrowed and stole in order to buy brwc then for a bit make it look good then suck it dry funneling all the money out into her baby saint ellie.
I heard it's sitting pretty with lots of upgrades and remodeling in the plant
while brwc was neglected raped and used.
