Last time we checked NO ONE is our Lawyer....Susman Godfrey Sargent all left us a long time ago....WMIH and LT Escrow Holders are left in Cold Dark Place....As far as we are aware....Hence the Slippery Slope for Both....JMHO...We must move Fast ...Best
5 1/2 Years ago we signed Releases under DURESS....If we didn't Sign the VAGUE SETTLEMENT CONTRACT ...(WITHOUT DEADLINE PAYMENTS), WE wouldn't have been given WMIH shares in the first place....So, JPM used one or two of her Employees on this Board to guide us to sign this Bogus contract without knowing what is actually in it....VOID...If you Ask me...A Contract without Start and End Date and complete understanding is NO CONTRACT....Just a Deciving piece of paper to Defraud the WAMU shareholders ie Escrow holders....They keep on Extending Escrows so we will stay HOPEFUL we will get Paid...Hmmmm Good luck....WHEN...HOW MUCH???...No one Knows....JMHO
