This was posted the same time that a rumor was circulating about a settlement...
So obviously it was coming from somewhere.
And settlement talks would explain the sudden delay in the trial date...
I think it's entirely possible that the parties told the judge they had reached, or were close to an agreement,
and that is why he moved the date.

Oddly enough, certain parties tried to snuff this out...
It's all in the history.
