Securities fraud..... Hah! They are not worried about that. This is a pink, they are unregulated. The SEC wouldn't even investigate let alone prosecute this company no matter how many people complain. They would just say "well, we hope you learned your lesson." This sort of crap happens all the time and you think the SEC cares????? No way. They go after the big ones, the Enrons, the HP's etc.
