Description: Reasoning that further investment is warranted on the fact that the resources already invested will be lost otherwise, not taking into consideration the overall losses involved in the further investment.

Realistically, Bellissima is a deck stacked against you, with those Preferred C's, Preferred D's, and dilution. Keeping with an investment in penny stocks because of already realized losses is how 80% losses turn into 95% losses.
