I still think that. The timeline for Campos being shot makes LVPD look even worse than they already did. Six minutes passed before Paddock open fire on the concert. The shooting lasted for another 10 minutes.

Does the public know when the first cop got to MB? Were cops on the 32nd floor while the shooting was going on?

After the shooting stopped nearly an hour passed before the room ewas entered. Paddock could have been alive the whole time. He could have resumed shooting into the 22,000 at any time.

The LVPD was WOTST. Waiting On The Swat Team.

A interesting stat would be how many people have been killed while WOTST vs How many saved by the Swat Team.
